This is the final title in a trilogy with Anh's Anger and Steps and Stones by Gail Silver. She is the founder of Philadelphia's Yoga Child, where she teaches yoga and mindfulness classes to adults, children, and expectant parents. She also develops curriculum and is the primary teacher of Yoga's Child's Teacher Training Programs. The illustrator, Youme Ngyuen Ly, is an award-winning author, lecturer, and community-based artist who has worked in Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean.

On a picnic, Lily gets upset when her little sister ruins their game a checkers. The more she thinks about it, the more she wishes Ruby would just disappear. Her father, sensing the rising anger in Lily, gives her a journal written by her grandfather Anh. She reads about a time when he got angry with his little sister.

Anh meets Anger who is a frog-like creature with bulging eyes, dark green skin, and webbed finger and toes. "I think you are going to have to take care of me for a little while," the frog tells him. They hang out together for a while and the boy learns about quieting the mind through breathing exercises and practicing metta. He says phrases that help him transform his anger into lovingkindness. It is uplifting to see how Anh's learnings are passed on to Lily who immediately puts them into practice with her younger sister.

This trilogy is based on the teachings of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh who has affirmed this triology as "wonderful gifts for both children and adults who want to learn how to change unhappy situations into joyful ones."
