Application materials for Level 1, and for the package of Level 1 and Level 2, must be submitted by March 23, 2022.
To apply:
l. To pay the $25 nonrefundable application fee, click on the button below. If you already have an account at Spirituality & Practice, you can login during the payment process. If you don't have an account, you will be asked to create one. Go to checkout and pay the fee through our secure server.
2. Watch your email for a "receipt" for your application fee. The receipt will give you a link to follow to "Survey Monkey" where we have set up the application. For Level 1, you only need fill out the first part of the application. A second part needs to be completed if you are applying for the package.
3. Once we receive and review your application, we will send you an email regarding your status. If you are accepted, we'll provide information on how you can pay your tuition.
