Even on hot summer days when my mind could not tolerate the heat, I surrendered my discomfort and it lessened the pain. The heat became bearable. It may have been a little hot out, but I no longer had to put up with my suffocating annoyance.

The next day that it is unbearably hot outside, relinquish your struggle against the heat.
