With the drag-and-drop feature, we select something on the [computer] screen to pick up, drag to another place, and drop at a new destination....

We cling to so many things, refusing to let go -- a relationship that's over, an age that's passed us by, an image of ourselves that's distorted, a safe little station in life that keeps us from growing. We've dragged these things with us far enough. In life, as on the computer: Drop it and move on.
