As we gather for this time of knitting together in community,
May a Spirit of comfort ease the burdens of our day;
May a Spirit of peace descend upon us;
May a Spirit of love open our listening hearts;
May a Spirit of wisdom guide the work of our hands.
May we be filled by a Spirit of gratitude for this time of communion;
May we be filled by a Spirit of appreciation for all who are here and for those who are absent.
