REFLECTION
“In the mystery of suffering there are very few answers. but by breathing into the mystery, we will find our capacity for compassion. It will come in living the questions raised by our suffering not into answers but into acts of love” (Fr. Joseph Nassal, The Conspiracy of Compassion).
What gives meaning to your life in regard to suffering?

PRAYER
Holy One, grant that I may have enough faith and patience to wait for the slow unfolding of new life that comes after the transition of leaving behind and letting go. Restore my hope when it fizzles out.

SCRIPTURE TO CARRY IN YOUR HEART TODAY
“Unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains just a single grain; but if it dies, it bears much fruit” (Jn 12:24)
