Stand and look at the cosmos that’s visible to you — the sky, sun, moon, or stars — remaining silent and contemplating this with a reverent gaze. Remember where you stand: on the curve of an astounding orb floating through the universe. Bow deeply in respect for what you behold.

Boundless Love, you flow through the cosmos and extend your limitless compassion to every particle. I pray today that your kiss of peace will touch each part of our planet that suffers due to human actions.
