Sit comfortably, eyes closed. Recite the Shema:

Shema Yisrael
Adonai Eloheinu
Adonai Echad
Hear O Israel
that which we call God is nonduality itself.

Begin on the in breath: breathe in: Shema; breathe out Yisrael; breathe in Adonai; breathe out Elohheinu; breathe in Adonai; breathe out Echad. Recite this silently until you have settled into a quiet (though not silent) space. Now extend your hearing.

Listen for the sounds that are farthest away. Don't strain to hear, just let the sounds come to you. Shift your attention to the sounds mid-way between what is far and near, and simply listen. Shift to the sounds closest to you and do the same. Move your attention from near to far and back again several times. Then simply allow all sounds to flow in and through you. Nothing magical or mystical here, just listen to what is. If your mind wanders or the sounds are overwhelming, return to the silent recitation of the Shema.

This is a simple practice of attention reminding you that all sound is the symphony of the divine.
