Living as a person of great love is, of course, a daunting challenge. Becoming more Christlike entails a sometimes tedious and slow process. Let us not give in to self-doubt when there is seemingly little to show for our desire to be transformed into love. No matter how poor we may feel inside, there is always something to give. The well of divine love in us never goes dry. The spiritual sustenance from this well fills our hearts and contains the goodness we share as we go forth to employ our gifts for the transformation of the world.
