More and more in my own life, I try to infuse the everyday with a sense of sacredness. Whenever I think consciously about it, my intellect believes that when I am eating, breathing, writing, making love, that "ordinary" moment shares in fact in the Wholeness of the universe. But in the constant doing, that fact is easy to forget. How can I help myself experience the deepest spiritual pleasure that I know, the one that comes when I can feel in my bones and kishkes that what I am doing right now embodies God? How can I infuse the unconscious sacred flow with conscious sacred celebration?
