Barbara Biziou often serves as a steward of transition and change for individuals and corporate groups. Her work is a fusion of motivational speaking and training, life coaching, and spiritual counseling. She has received professional training in psychology, hypnotherapy, Johrei, voice dialogue, Meyers-Briggs Facilitation, Emotional Intelligence, and other modalities.

Over her 30-year career, she has worked with professionals, entrepreneurs, new parents, and employees of major corporations, including the International Red Cross, Coca-Cola, Equinox Gym, Morgan Stanley, Lippe Taylor, Women in Communication, Lord & Taylor, and Weight Watchers. She is also on the faculty of several teaching organizations, including One Spirit Learning Alliance, The New York Open Center, the Creating WE Institute, and Kripalu Center.

Barbara has traveled extensively around the world learning about the rituals of different cultures; these experiences have influenced her approach to creating rituals for individuals, families, and groups. She is a frequent practical spirituality expert on TV broadcasts including Fox, CBS, and NBC, and was for several years the resident ritual expert on the Odyssey Network/Hallmark Channel's New Morning program.
