To apply:
l. To pay the $25 nonrefundable application fee, click on the subscribe button below. If you already have an account at Spirituality & Practice, you can login during the payment process. If you don't have an account, you will be asked to create one. Go to checkout and pay the fee through our secure server.
2. Watch your email for a "receipt" for your application fee. The receipt will give you a link to follow to "Survey Monkey" where we have set up the application.
3. Once we receive and review your application, we will send you an email regarding your status. If you are accepted, we'll provide information on how you can pay your tuition.
