Romy and Michele's High School Reunion is a hilarious comedy about the challenges of friendship and finding that vocational niche that will give you an opportunity to express your God-given talents.

Romy (Mira Sorvino) is a cashier at a Los Angeles Jaguar dealership and Michele (Lisa Kudrow) is an unemployed clothing designer. These roommates, who are gliding through life, snap to attention when they get the announcement about their high school class's tenth year reunion in Tucson, Arizona. Remembering the way they were ostracized at their senior prom, Romy and Michele come up with an elaborate scheme to impress their former classmates.

Meanwhile, Heather (Janeane Garofalo), a rich inventor, also decides to attend the reunion with her own clever agenda. Although Mira Sorvino and Lisa Kudrow could have just made their characters into pretty space cadets, they invest them with spunk, idiosyncrasies, and the yearning all of us have to find something to do that is both fun and fulfilling. The plot twists and turns at the end of Romy and Michele's High School Reunion are delicious and deliriously satisfying.
