During the five or ten minutes before falling asleep, use your mind's eye to see your body. See your body in its entirety, as a body of light.

Or if you wish, you could also see in more detail the parts of your body, from the top of your head to the soles of your feet. Feel that you are seeing the billions of cells of your body in the form of cells of light. Feel that every boundless cell of your body is filled with healing energy, blissful heat. Immerse yourself in the boundless healing energy of your body.

Open to the feeling of relaxation, warmth, and peace. Allow your awareness to become one with the experience, like water merging with water, without any grasping. With that feeling, go to sleep. If you wake in the middle of the night, try to immerse yourself again in the awareness of the healing energy of your boundless body and go back to sleep.
