Find a store that sells cultural articles from around the world and buy some small object or article of clothing that seems not to "fit" you because it comes from a culture that you know little about, or from one that does not particularly appeal to you. Take it home, bless it, and begin to use or wear it, asking that the spirit of the land from which it comes enlighten you to the richness and worthiness of this way of life.
