Consider the aches, pains, injuries, and illnesses that prevent you from living as fully as you might wish. If you have actually stopped doing certain things because you are no longer physically able, reflect on how you have replaced them, if at all. We should not curtail our lives when our favorite activities are no longer possible. If we have eliminated one thing from our lives, whether because of disability or age, we should replace it with something of equal value. Reflect on the totality of your life, and ask yourself how you can enhance and enrich it.
