Spirituality does not cover its eyes to the suffering, agony, and pain of the world. It embraces it with open arms and transforms it with compassion and love. When suffering is wed with the joyous love of the heart, the sacred light is born, giving rebirth and rejuvenation to all who are touched by it. We must see the suffering as well as the bliss in our lives and bring them together. Follow your bliss and follow your suffering. At their intersection you will find the Divine Light.
