Write down some ways that anger manifests in your life. Take time with this. Notice it day by day. Just writing it down, describing it for what it is, will begin the process of undoing anger's harmful effects. In the process you may also want to note what is causing the anger. Most individuals have only a dim recognition of what it is that truly upsets them. Don't censor yourself in the process. You do not have to be rational or self-critical. Odd things can cause different reactions. Just use this time to look and see.
