Pamper your body. Do something, anything, that makes your body feel good. Get a facial, a massage, a manicure or pedicure. Sit in a hot tub, a Jacuzzi, or mineral springs. Take a stretching class and focus on your muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

See if you can let go of any trepidation and really get in touch with the pleasure your body wants to provide you. Explore different ways that your body can make you feel good, especially ones about which you've been skeptical.
