Smile. You'd be surprised at how much faster it is to make love happen in your life when you make a habit of this simple physical process. For a variety of reasons, smiling makes you happier and more open and gives you the appearance of being approachable, touchable, and lovable, the very qualities you are looking to develop in order to lead a loving life.

You can choose which people you want to smile at, or decide to take a small risk and smile randomly or at everyone for a day. Even if most others do not return your overture, you have benefited. And of course, it's always nice to smile at animals.

You can practice right now. See how much better your face feels when your mouth turns up and into a big grin. Smiling does wonders for your overall mental and emotional health as well. It stimulates the production of endorphins and relaxes the muscles in your face, which makes you feel better.

A line from an old song says it best: "When you're smiling, when you're smiling the whole world smiles with you." Think about the people you know who have a lot of love in their lives and recall whether they smile a lot. I bet they do. Try to be one of them.
