In times of anger, rest attention on the heart and repeat words like, "Peace, dear heart." Whenever possible, make contact with water and nature. Feel the healing touch of water on any part of your body. Gaze upon a flower; touch a tree; lie on the grass. These actions will soften the sharp edges of anger, keep it within bounds, and transform it into vitality and vigor.
