Consider the mudras in your religious tradition. Perhaps it is the way people raise their hands or grasp each others' hands before they pray. Perhaps it is something more formalized or ritualized. As you pray today, think of a hand gesture or body movement that would reflect what is on your mind and in your heart. Let your silent movement be your prayer as you let it flow out of your body toward God.
