See your mind as a stream of conscious moments.

Notice how each has a beginning that touches the past, an end that touches the future, and a middle with a duration.

Cut a moment of consciousness in half. Then slice one of its halves again. Do this again and again until you break through to a singularity of time sliced infinitely thin. Here, there is no past because it’s already gone. And there is no future because it’s not here yet.

Let go of your analysis and open yourself up to whatever direct experience you have, the mystery of the present moment.
