Since Poseidon presides over all types of liquids, the easiest place you can encounter him out in nature is near bodies of water. Depending on what’s closest to where you live, take yourself to the sea or a lake, river, or waterfall. Sit somewhere comfortably, relax your body, allow your eyes to soften, and stare into the water.

Mentally, seek to connect with the oversoul of water, and thus its spirit and collective frequency. To do so, think about how it would feel it you were part of that body of water. How would it feel if you were one with the ocean, lake, river, or waterfall, with all that it contains and its unique characteristics?

Then, take it a step further by visualizing your body turning into water and actually becoming your chosen body of water. Let yourself become the crushing waves on the beach, the stillness of the lake, the playful stream in a winding river, or the rushing gush of the waterfall. What can this body of water teach you about yourself? How does this body of water create change? How does this body of water deal with change?

Ponder these questions for as long as it feels good to.
