But, unlike the rest of creation, I know that I am made of stardust, that I am one with the cosmos and simultaneously a separate, conscious person. Yet, we usually take the simple route and convince ourselves that we are nothing but a unique and separate ego. Only occasionally, when we feel extremely safe and secure, do we possibly let down our defenses for a moment, a timeless moment. We then cross the border of self, and we invite someone else into our domain. We surrender to love.
