Benefits of a Spiritual Journey

Many individuals inquire about the benefits of spirituality in their daily life and specifically, of having a spiritual practice to follow-- an activity that connects one with God, with neighbors and the Creation, and with one's true self. Whether that spiritual practice comes from one of the world religions or is something that you "make up as you go along" (what we call the Indiana Jones School of Spirituality), it can lead to personal transformation.
