Many spiritual teachers are quoted in the Spiritual Literacy DVDs — 15 - 20 per episode. On the DVDs, each reading is a separate scene, so you are able to easily jump to any one that you would like to see again.

In these guides to the authors & readings, we've noted the author, the name of the reading, the original source of the reading, and the page where you will find the passage in Spiritual Literacy: Reading the Sacred in Everyday Life by Frederic and Mary Ann Brussat. In the few cases where a reading is not from Spiritual Literacy, the additional source is listed.
