"In talking with people about their conflict, you might feel pressured to take on person's side over the other. This can be especially true if you're trying to help friends or teammates who are having a disagreement. You might even agree with one person over the other. But if you take a side, this will limit your ability to help and the people you're helping might lose trust in you. You might even get pulled into the argument.

"So, notice if you're leaning toward one side, and do you best to stay neutral. Always remember that while you might be able to suggest some ways that people can handle their conflict, the decision to so so and the choice of what solution to try are up to them."
