PG - mild language

Rudy is another salute to an underdog by Angelo Pizzo and David Anspaugh, the writer and director of Hoosiers. Sean Astin stars in the true story of a pint-sized working-class Catholic kid who knocks down all the obstacles which stand in the way of his dream — to play football for Notre Dame. Charles S. Dutton is a soul friend, and Robert Prosky plays a college priest who also offers support during Rudy's arduous struggle to achieve his goal.
