Imagine yourself to be someone you know whom you usually consider inferior to yourself in some respect, someone who tends to feel jealous of you. Then, look at yourself from the eyes of that person and concentrate on feeling sharp jealousy toward yourself. It is startling how you look to yourself when you see with jealous eyes.
