Home is the place where I have my most personal relationships, where I feel comfortable and open, my most essential place, but this intimacy has shadows of habit and unconscious actions attached to it. I try out different ways of walking through my house and different places to sit and reflect. Routines have an important place in soulful living, but they also call out for counterrhythms, small acts, and variations that contribute to a deeper resonance of what once seemed insignificant.
