Could it be that the media exist now at such a degree of efficiency and availability to so much of the Earth precisely in order to make us feel this connection to ourselves and our interconnections with each other? Perhaps television images and the World Wide Web are a serious divine message for the planet. We may be compelled to open the envelope and read the letter for ourselves and for the well-being of the whole world. Time may be running out.
