The more you practice this process, the more natural it will become. Although it won’t be possible to rid yourself of all self-critical thoughts, you can decrease their frequency and shift how you respond to them…. The moment when you recognize your nurturing voice has taken root is one you won’t forget, especially when it impacts someone you love.
