The name "Allah" is steeped in mystery. The word is derived from the Canaanite Allat, the Hebrew El, and the Aramaic Alaha. The two root words Al and La mean Sacred Everything and Sacred Nothing respectively. The fusion of everything and nothing is Allah. God is the Ultimate Mystery!
