Many children have to memorize the Ten Commandments. Here kids from different religious backgrounds try to imagine through their own drawings and slogans what should be the 11th commandment. There are five sections of their ideas: Living with Other People, Living with The Earth, Living with Family, Living with Ourselves, and Living with God. At the back of the book, there is a page where the reader can write and illustrate his or her commandment.

Here are a few of the childrens' commandments:

• Thou shall be friends with everyone. (Kristina Bosse, 11, Our Lady of Hope / St. Luke)
• Thou shall not address people by their color. (Raven Dunbar, 9, Abyssinian Baptist Church)
• Don't scare animals. (Isabel Oliveres, 4, Unitarian Church of All Souls)
• We shall not pollute the world. (Steven Zappardino, 9, Our Lady of Pompei)
• Don't kill what you don't need (Emily Caroline Pease, 11, Covenant Hills Christian Camp)
• You must respect everything God has created, including your self. (Dawn Clarke, 11, St. Agnes School)
• Listen to God. (Nora Pullen, 5, Central Baptist Church)

Let's hope that these visions will be fulfilled in their lifetimes.
