Send someone flowers. Think about the person you'd like to give [flowers] to, and try to imagine what kind of flowers he'd like. Make sure you go to the flower store and pick out the flowers yourself. It's okay to get recommendations from the florist, but make sure the decisions are yours.

After you have left the store, imagine that you grew these flowers yourself, picked them, and are sending your spirit along with them. See the flowers as emissaries of your feeling for the person who is about to receive them. Think about why you have chosen this particular person. Do you want to thank him? Woo him? Make up with him? Surprise him? Startle him? Impress him? Whatever the reason, remember to send the feeling along with the flowers, even if you decide to send them anonymously.
