Nibbles is a guinea pig who has to take care of his garden by himself until he befriends Posie, his new neighbor who helps him take care of the dandelions he grows. When six caterpillars start to munch on these flowers, the two friends decide to take them on as pets. Although they are treated well, one day the six caterpillars vanish. Nibbles and Posie set out to solve the mystery of their disappearance. Mr. Rosetti, a wise shop keeper, has the answers to all their questions about the missing caterpillars.
