To change an attitude about another person, we must understand that there is an other in us and that we are in the other. If we can work and grow as individuals, not only we will benefit, but the other in us will, too. The view or relationship of the other in us is exalted in such a way that it will certainly reflect onto the us-in-the-other element, enriching it as well. And the final result of this movement is the transformation of the other within the other, or the way we see this other.
