Enlightenment is like a clear sky, whereas the mind of vexation is like a sky filled with moving clouds and rain. For those who have awakened, the vexations that clouded the mind and created the illusion of movement no longer exist. There is nothing to obscure the mind's intrinsic brightness and purity. Such a mind is genuinely nondiscriminating, all-pervasive, and unchanging. It is Complete Enlightenment.
