Everything we do, provided it is done with total awareness, is spiritual activity. One the other hand, if we perform an action distractedly, with only half our attention, it becomes just another worldly activity . . .

Therein lies the key for those who have busy lives. We can convert actions we normally regard as routine, dull, and spiritually meaningless into Dharma practice, and transform our entire lives in the process.
