Trash-passing is indulging in politically correct rhetoric. Trash-passing is putting in a strip mall where something sacred belongs. It's littering, or smoking behind your partner's back or behind the school in a back alley. Trash-passing is the little stuff that many of us do when no one is looking. We think it won't hurt anybody. It will.
