The quickest way to change resistance is to let go the patterns that maintain it. Stop repeating the same old thoughts and stories and behaviors. Stop believing the voices (in your head) that tell you how you are, how others are, how life is, and just why you have to be tight, tense, frightened, small, and controlled. . . . Stopping those patterns requires acceptance.
