"At times of risk and stress, cultivate stillness" proposes no magic for making difficult decisions and taking risks. We will need to be thorough and realistic. We will need to work through difficulties and make mistakes. At times we will need to have courage in our convictions and possibly take risks that complicate our lives and those of others. But most of all we will need to trust our inherent confidence to remain still in unfamiliar territory, listening deeply and precisely.
