Instruments tuned on a regular basis are easier to tune. Exercise is easier when you are in the habit of doing it. If you are in the habit of change, changing is easier. Being in the habit of constant change keeps you flexible and open-minded, mindful and diligent — all building blocks of self-improvement. Again, make small change a constant in your life, and your life will always be improving.
