Put a statute of limitations on the length of time you hold a grudge or hold on to bad feelings. Our statute of limitations is as follows. Up to a few hours for small spats over punctuality or issues that will soon be forgotten. A day or so for repeat offenses; and no more than a few years for serious transgressions (unless you want to end a relationship, and then it is not a small matter, and small change may not be able to help you mend the relationship).
