Perhaps the ordinary events
are not ordinary at all,
and it takes an extraordinary event
to make us see how extraordinary
ordinary events always are.
A rainbow on an ordinary day
is just a beautiful rainbow.
But when the day isn't ordinary
we see that an ordinary rainbow is
a revelation
and ordinary rain showers
are messages
from God.
