Four points to remember.

1. "The key understanding is that we are not separate. It appears we are separate, we've been taught to believe we are separate, but we are not. Nothing can happen to you that doesn't happen to me. We are one being. We must have a 'we' orientation to life. It can no longer be a me against you or an us against them. It must be an "us" with no "other." A circle with no remainder. Nothing, no one, left out.

2. "We cannot remove ourselves from troubled people and expect them to thrive in abandonment. It is foolish to think they will be anything other than trouble.

3. "People do wrong/bad/evil because of a lack of acceptance, not because they have been too accepted.

4. "We are seeking, in each moment, the place that is most compassionate to all."
