If you are still having a problem after you try the steps below, please send an email to SandPTeam@SpiritualityandPractice.com.
Please include as much detail as you can about the issue, including what type of device and web browser you are using (computer, phone, or tablet; Chrome, Firefox, Safari or other).
If you got the error message "No items in cart" while trying to subscribe, there could be several reasons. Please read the following carefully:
Problem – Can't subscribe at work: There may be firewall protections that are interfering.
Solution – Try again using a personal/regular computer.
Problem – Using Internet Explorer as your web browser: There are some compatibility issues with older versions of Internet Explorer.
Solution – Try again using a regular computer with these recommended browsers -Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari.
Problem – Using a phone or tablet while using Cellular Data: There is a block when using your cellular data plan.
Solution – Try again after turning on WI-FI as you must be connected to a WiFI network for the shopping cart to work properly.
Problem – Unknown
Solution – Sometimes just quitting your browser and restarting fixes the issue. "Gremlins" we like to call them.
Occasionally your credit card may be declined, with the reason given that the address you gave in our form does not match the billing address on file with the credit card company. (This can happen most often with some non-USA orders.) If your address is correct and is still declined, we can send you a request for funds through PayPal.
Let u know the course you'd like to take and we will send you a request for funds for the amount of the course.
Then let us know that you have made the payment by writing to SandPTeam@SpiritualityandPractice.com,
Once we have confirmation of payment being made, we will send you a "gift" subscription to the e-course.
Rarely, someone receives this error message during checkout:
"An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.
"This transaction has been approved.
"It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service."
If you see this message on your screen, please send an email to brussat@SpiritualityandPractice.com. We can then make sure that your payment is recorded and your e-course registration completed.
