All those who relished the high-energy pleasures of the TV series Glee and the melodic gems of the movie Mamma Mia will enjoy the 80s pop tunes that propel this romantic comedy set in Italy. It revolves around two sisters with very different approaches to love. Maddie (Annabel Scholey) follows her heart wherever it leads whereas Taylor (Hannah Arterton) is more inclined to look for the lover who will sweep her off her feet and also prove himself to be a "keeper."

Three years ago, Taylor had a romantic affair with Raf (Giulio Berruti) but she broke his heart by going back to school in England. Now she has arrived in Italy for a vacation with her sister and is stunned to learn that she is getting married to none other than Raf. Taylor decides to keep her prior relationship with him a secret from Maddie but of course, it is eventually revealed. Nearly every step in the story of these two sisters is predictable but the vibrant and toe-tapping 1980s jukebox music carries us along. Among the best numbers, presented in Bollywood-style crowd dance numbers, are Madonna's "Holiday," Cyndi Lauper's "Girls Just Want to Have Fun," Cher's "If I Could Turn Back Time," The Bangles' "Eternal Flame," Duran Duran's "The Wild Boys," and "Walking on Sunshine" by Eddy Grant.
