In the Bible, God surveys the Creation and sees that it is good. Repeat this mantra about anything that happens and whatever you encounter to affirm the goodness of the Creation.

May you feel alive with God’s energy.
May you know deep in your heart that nothing can separate you from God’s love.
May you welcome everything with open arms.
May you do your best each day and give it your all as a love offering to the Divine.
May your life begin this day.
